Please see the event schedule for details. Price changes will take effect at 12:00am Pacific Time on the designated date. Shibaricon reserves the right to close registration early based on capacity limits. We can not guarantee that registration will remain open until 5/10/09. |

| DAY PASS REGISTRATION PRICES Day Passes are available for Friday 5/22, Saturday 5/23, and Sunday 5/24. You may check-in and pick up your badge at 8:00am on the day the pass is valid. The pass will remain valid until the playspace closes at 3:00am. Price changes will take effect at 12:00am Pacific Time on the designated date. Based on capacity limits, Shibaricon 2009 Day Passes are being offered in very limited quantities. We can not guarantee that day passes will remain available until the close of registration. |

| You must register for the event using your legal name. Upon check-in at the event you will be asked to produce valid identification (passport, driver’s license or other government issued ID). The name under which you register must match your identification. If you do register under an alias you will not be allowed entry into the event. This policy extends to EVERYONE including staff, volunteers, presenters, guests, etc. Please do not think that because you are the guest of a presenter or will be working at the event that you are exempt from this policy.
Each Shibaricon registration is registered in the name of the person making the registration (the “Registrant”) unless the registration is a gift, and all registrations are non-transferable. Each Registrant must produce valid, government issued identification upon checking in at the event and at any time during the event as may be requested by Shibaricon personnel. Identification must match the name under which the individual was registered. If the identification does not match the Registrant’s registration information, the registration immediately will be void and no refund will be given for any portion of the Registration fee paid. A registration purchased for another person will be considered a gift and property of the named Registrant. (Think of it similar to an airline ticket. Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received at the Shibaricon offices by 3/31/09. To be valid, a cancellation must be requested in writing by the Registrant. Any refunds will be made via the original method of payment. The refund amount will be the amount paid for the registration less an administrative fee of $30.00 per registration. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 3/31/09 AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR REGISTRATIONS PROCESSED AFTER 3/31/09.
