Shibaricon 2010 Advertising Information

Thank you for your interest in advertising with Shibaricon. Advertising in the Shibaricon Program Book is an excellent way to support the event and get your company noticed. Do you sell a kink or kink-friendly product or service? Would you like to generate more interest in your kink organization or event? Advertise with us!

Our attendance has grown every year and we expect over 600 rope-lovers from around the world to join us this year. With a focus on rope bondage, Shibaricon is unique. You will reach a variety of customers you may not reach at other events. In addition to our program book, certain advertising options include a 120x90px ad on the Shibaricon web site. Other sponsorship opportunities are available as well.

HOW TO ORDER

If you are interested in advertising with Shibaricon, please email sales@shibaricon.com for details about how to place your advertising order. Once you are accepted as an advertiser or sponsor, we will email you the order form. (note: Please set your spam filter to accept email from @shibaricon.com email addresses so we will not have issues contacting you.) If the form is not filled out clearly & completely it may not be accepted.

Please enclose a check for the full amount due with your Advertising Order Form. Once we have received your payment you may send us the art for your ad. This should be a digital file at least 300dpi. We will contact you regarding other specifications.

WEB SITE ADVERTISING

Purchase of color advertising, ½ pg or larger, will qualify you to be a Shibaricon Sponsor. In addition to your ad in the program book, we will place your 120x90px ad on the Shibaricon site & list you as a sponsor in the program book. Your website ad will run from date of purchase through 09/30/10. Web site advertising is only available with purchase of a print ad in our program book.

Add distribution of a premium item or product sample to the purchase of any size print ad for $125.00. Ship us the item and we will make sure your product sample or premium item is inserted in everyone’s welcome packet. This is a great way to get your company is noticed! Purchase of program book advertising required, cost $125.00

MEET & GREET SPONSORSHIP

Our Meet & Greet, held Thursday night prior to the event, has been a great success 2 years running. You can help us by sponsoring this great get-together. At the Meet & Greet, we offer a cash bar and savory snacks. As a sponsor, your company will be listed on the buffet table cards. Purchase of program book color advertising, ½ pg or larger, required, cost $250.00. (note: Required ad purchase includes sponsorship listing in program book & 120x90px ad on web site.)

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Do you have a sponsorship idea? Email us at sponsor2010@shibaricon.com. Other options might include sponsoring playtime refreshments, underwriting the appearance of a presenter whose appearance is beyond the Shibaricon budget, or something else you think would enhance the event and promote your product or company. At this time, overall event sponsorship, including placing logos on merchandise or flyers is not available.
